Weekly Awards

6th November 2020

Headteachers Awards this week have been given to -
Jed has been working especially hard this week, giving his all to every activity he is asked to do.  He has become more involved in carpet time and is now always putting his hand up to have a go.  We are very impressed with his new attitude to learning.
Lyla for really persevering with her phonics.  She is trying really hard to sound out and use the new sounds we have learned.
Jude really enjoyed making his memory box and did a great design and then showed great perseverance and concentration while making it.  He achieved a fabulous end result.
Thomas for showing a desire to improve his vocabulary choices in his writing.
Charlie for trying really hard to put his hand up and make contributions to whole class discussions.
Michael - what a superb effort with his reading and learning his times tables over half term.  The progress has been noticed in class this week.  Keep up the hard work Michael!
Tyler for being incredibly resilient during our design and technology week after his design kept breaking time and time again, but in the last half an hour before we finished he did not give up and completed a successful design.
Scarlett for always accepting everyone as they are and being kind and caring to everyone in our school.
Jack and Freddie for impressing us with their sewing skills during design and technology week.
Thiargo is a fantastic team member - trying hard to do his best in every subject and helping others whenever he can.
Imogen - it is great to see Imogen's confidence building particulary in maths where she is working hard to talk through problems with a partner and develop her understanding.
