Weekly Awards

4th December 2020

Headteachers Awards this week have been given to -
Theodore has been a superstar this week!  He always uses kind words when playing with his peers and has been able to share compliments about all of his peers during circle time!  Well done Theo.
Chay for trying really hard to use sounds in his reading and writing.  Well done Chay.
Jacob for making some super contributions to our discussions about motte and bailey castles.
Archie thought really deeply about an Italian painting of the nativity.  He expressed his ideas really clearly about what the painting was trying to show and made an inspiring connection to a story he'd heard in Collective Worship.  Wow!
Declan for using kind words and really deep thinking during the Collective Worship on Rosa Parkes.  Declan had great background knowledge and reflected on the past really well, thinking about how we can make positive change in the future.
Alana for focussing fully and working hard in numeracy lessons.  Alana, you are trying really hard to use written methods and jottings to get answers to problems.
Grace for working with increased confidence in maths, enthusiastic and thoughtful contributions to class discussions and for being a supportive friend.
Lily for going to comfort a child sitting alone in the playground.  Asking him to join in and play.
Reuben for giving out pens and sheets to others.  Being kind by telling others how nice their pictures are.
