Pastoral Care Team
At Woodside we have a pastoral team who are here to offer support to you and your family Miss Smallwood, Mrs Day and Mrs King encourage you to ring the school if you have any concerns.  These could be school related or an issue that you are dealing with as a family.  
They can help support your child in school as well as help you get the support you need as a family.

The Family Information Service (FIS) provides information, advice and guidance for families with children and young people aged from 0 - 25 who reside in Warwickshire. 
 
The Family Support Line: 01926 412412. 
The support line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and is available for everybody - parents, carers, volunteers and professionals.
The support line is manned by an experienced Family Support Worker who can offer the same day support, including information, advice and guidance on a range of behaviour and parenting support issues including: Sleep issues, toileting, fussy eating, behaviour management, dealing with teenage behaviour, routines and boundaries, school readiness, parent child relationship, parental conflict, positive parenting and self-care & nurture of the parent themselves and their child and much more!

CWPT Advice Helpline for Children & Young People, to support crisis intervention and prevent mental health crisis.   Crisis numbers are 02476 641799 (8am-8pm) and                                   02476 932800 (8pm-8am) – this is the adult crisis team but they will re direct to RISE.
